Isa is a wellness teacher at various locations in the city and online. She is trained and certified as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Wellness Coach, EFT Coach, Hatha Yoga Teacher, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher and is an author.

Her early passion in life was the arts, fitness and dance which has translated into her work today in mind and body wellness.

She has been practicing meditation, various fitness techniques for over 20 years before becoming a teacher. Isa has written a book on the chakras which features reiki, crystals and other components of living a personal spiritual life for beginners in 2012 and created her own tarot card deck, Lilly Sky Tarot in 2013.
